Domestic & international shipping

We can ship in the UK and internationally. Our shipping is calculated at checkout, but given the nature and variation in the size and delicacy of our products, we may have to employ a speciality service which may cause an additional charge. We will email you to let you know if that is the case.

returns & exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order, we can accept returns for items returned to us undamaged within 14 days of delivery. Please email us ASAP to let us know.

damaged or faulty goods

Some of our products are fragile and though we endeavour to wrap and package as carefully as we can, we cannot (unfortunately) guarantee the same consideration will be given after we drop your order off a the Post Office.

Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, please send pictures to us so we can refund and follow up for compensation with the postal service.
